UCSIM MEDIA RELEASE FORM
At various times throughout the course of a project or event, the UCSIM | Center for Simulations & Virtual Environments Research may take digital images, photographs, and or videotapes of participants for educational, promotional, and informational purposes related to print material or the web.
UCSIM VR WAIVER
Before participating in one of our simulations, we ask that you take a moment to read over and sign the UCSIM | WAIVER OF LIABILITY & ASSUMPTION OF RISK, acknowledging and agreeing that using virtual reality systems has inherent risks, which includes serious physical injury. By signing this document, you accept and assume those inherent risks for yourself.
STUDENT PROJECT REQUESTS
University of Cincinnati students often contact UCSIM to request assistance, information, or resources to help with a student project or senior capstone project. We are always happy to answer questions or provide information about immersive technology software, hardware, and related tools. If the request is more involved however, for example to provide advising or guidance for an immersive technology project, or to borrow equipment, then we may be able to help, depending upon schedule or equipment availability and complexity of the project.

EQUIPMENT LOAN AGREEMENT
The Center for Simulations & Virtual Environments Research does not typically provide equipment for the university community, however, from time-to-time, we have loaned equipment to our partners for temporary use. Equipment may be checked out for up to 5 business days for approved university business, academic, research, or administrative purposes.
