UCSIM provided technical consulting and staffing for the BLINK 360 video VR application project, including 360 video filming of 1-2 locations per BLINK zone (The Banks, Central Business District, Findlay Market, OTR, and Covington) for both a high resolution, polished HD version and a lower resolution version for quick turnaround distribution during the BLINK event.
